When you notice the stripes.

I’m the world’s biggest tool. Today (whilst I was sitting at work mind you…) I accidently deleted all the contacts out of my phone’s address book. I wasn’t the world’s happiest person.

After teasing me endlessly, one of my work mates then pointed out I should have a hunt around for any old SIM cards or phones I may have just in case I had numbers stored in them. When I got home, I realised I still had contacts stored in my old phone, so now I have some numbers, just not ones I’ve added in the last 8 months or so.

Anyway, long story short… if you happen to message me, don’t be insulted if my reply asks who you are… it’s because I have absolutley no idea what numbers belong to which people! :D

I’m so silly some most of the time. Meh. Just yesterday I was explaining to customers the importance of backing up phone contacts. Maybe I should take my own advice for a change.

Yeah. It’s true that the phone companies should have a back up

So that they can get hacked, like Paris Hilton’s!

i tell individual customers to make sure they have a hard copy or computer copy of their contacts all the time… i didnt really mean the phone company should have access to them :D

I get paranoid about losing numbers, I copied them all to my pda then to my pc and onto my contacts in gmail - so I’ll always have at least SOME copies!

:S I’ve done that before. Only, i’m stupid enough to not store the numbers elsewhere, so of course, I had a phone, no numbers and uh, no way to get numbers ^_^;;
