When Adam and I moved to Melbourne, we didn’t have to buy much at all. Anything major was bequethed to us by various people. The bed, the washing machine, the kitchen table, the fridge…
I spent most of today sitting at home waiting for the delivery of our couch. The first REALLY big puchase shared by the both of us. I like the city. I love Adam. I love living with Adam. I don’t even mind my job. I love the fact we’re doing our own thing and making our own way in the world, it’s an incredibly good feeling. I’m just slightly … awestruck. A year ago, I never would have expected things to be the way they are at the moment. I feel so.. grown up, and it’s not scarying me as much as I thought it would.
