Somewhere in the middle.

I went to get my hair cut yesterday. The result was horrible. I cried. Yes. I cried, over my hair. It looks silly. The layers are too short, they don’t blend in and when I asked him to thin out my hair, he just cut giant chunks out of it.

I think I’m going to go visit my cousin’s hairdresser and see if she can fix it or at least make it so I don’t hate it quite so much…

In short… that’s the last time I ever let a strange man cut my hair.

It’s normal to cry after a haircut - you’re a girl. Don’t worry, you’ll be back to normal in a couple of hours =).

Aww.. it’ll grow back soon enough… then it’s sometimes bad during the first day or two then it’ll have a way of becoming “normal” :P

Pssst….You are not your hair ;) Why not prove that your greater then your hair by letting it grow. You are not that shallow.

    I know guys… I know. It’s just that I’m such a girl sometimes!

    well, dah!
I watched my current hair-dresser graduate through the years of TAFE before letting her touch my hair; That was whilst I was getting my hair cut by another person I’d known practically my whole life…

    Word.

It’s been awhile since I had a haircut that made me cry - but it too had been cut by a strange guy. The layers he gave me were so short! I cried and cried over that. It’s not an issue of shallowness, it’s ok to want to look nice. Hair does grow back, but still, it’s very tramatic to get a bad haircut. Is there any cute way you can style it? I eventually figured out a way to style it so that I liked it well enough.

Making it different from how he styled it sort of shows where he cut the big chunks out of it. “sighs”

I understand what you mean about hair…I just had mine styled for a ball and it is nothing like what I asked for… :(

I hate it when hairdressers mess your hair up, it’s annoying. Which is why I don’t go to hairdressers. But I’m lucky enough to have a sister who is one, so I trust her to cut my hair properly :)
