The first star I see may not be a star.

I was getting a little bored with the previous layout I was using. However, uni & work have been keeping me far too busy to come up with something totally new. Soooooooo… I’ve spent the evening re-coding one of my old b2/wordpress layouts to work with Wordpress 2.1.2. I like this layout. I could even say I’ve missed it a little. It’s nice to load up nadinerine.com and see something different for a change! Even if it is pink! ;)

Edit @ 23/03/2007 2.05pm: I’m such an idiot sometimes. I actually had it set so the images for this layout were only loading on my computer! It’s all fixed now. :)

The color scheme is very nice. I’m new to Wordpress & it takes forever to customize.

yeah it does :) it use to be much simpler when it was b2 :D

Oh it’s super cute! I know what you mean about being busy, but I’m glad you were able to customize one of your old layouts. I love bringing back old layouts sometimes. I remember using b2, too. Those were the good old days, haha.

Also, Krysten and Nadine, WordPress is easy (as b2) to customise, you just have to throw away the stupid /themes/ folders and put everything in your own files, so it makes sense =). Nobody admires the themes setup.

Also, there is no ‘home’ link! Or at least, not that I can see. (And admittedly, if it ain’t the first item in the navigation, or the header isn’t clickable, then I give up - too hard to find!). You should fix this ;).

header is clickable!!!! and theres a link to the index in the footer! :D but ok ok i’ll fix it :D when i get home from uni!

ah i just figured that the header image wasn’t actually working on any other computer but mine :D all better now t!

Also, a link in the footer? I see it. That breaks so many semantic rules I’m gonna cry.
