Spider pig… spider pig…
No I’m not dead. Adam & I have been in Mildura for the last few days, which has meant I’ve had next to no internet access.
Because I’m far too tired to coherently gather my thoughts, I’m going to write a good ol’ random list. I like lists. :)
- Go see The Simpsons Movie. It was worth it just for spider pig! Spider pig… spider pig… does whatever a spider pig does…can he swing from a web, no he can’t, he’s a pig…
- Adam’s brother Shaun likes to spend all his time/money playing with cars. My shiny little Mazda3 now has blue neons under the seats and in the front grill. I also have the world’s most awesome air freshener; it’s a little green gecko that sticks to the windscreen. Man, I’m so cool.
- We went out on Saturday night. It scared me that we seemed to be the youngest people by far in the Irish pub. Back when we lived in Mildura, there was rarely anyone over the age of 20. You know things are in a bad state when Matt (Adam’s best mate) had his man-boobs manhandled by a 40 year old fugly woman.
- I like the new anti smoking laws. Since July 1st it’s been illegal to smoke inside at venues in Victoria. It was nice to not reek of smoke AND beer the next morning. :P
- Mildura has a Cash Converters. That place is going to make a fortune with all the bogans. I wish I’d thought of opening one first.
- I didn’t end up dying all of my hair blonde… however it now has lots & lots of blonde streaks, which lightens it all up! I love it! It’s low maintenance too, there are no streaks in my top layer, which means I don’t have to visit the hairdresser constantly for re growth. :)
- I discontinued my course at Melbourne Uni today, I start at Swinburne next week! I really really hope I’ve made the right decision.
- I’m so meh from a serious lack of sleepage, I’m almost tempted to head to bed now. It’s good to be back home! I missed Melbourne!
